eStatements

eStatements offer anytime, anywhere electronic access to statement information as soon as Sovereign generates it. You'll receive an email alert linking you to a secure site where you can easily access, view, sort, print, and download up to 12 months of statement information.

With faster, secure access to statement data anytime and from anywhere, it is easy to move information from e-Statements onto your internal systems. You can easily sort transactions by:

• check number
• date paid
• payment amount
• transaction type

Statements can then be printed and/or saved in various file formats (.pdf, .csv, .txt, and .xml) for easy electronic archiving.

All communication between users and the eStatements site is secured by using 128-bit encryption. A system administrator can entitle additional users to access statement information for particular or all accounts. User activity is auditable by means of individual logins and passwords.
