Edward is the Western Region Director responsible for overseeing the Commercial Loan Services.

Edward came to Sovereign from Chase Automotive Finance group, and had over 20 years banking expertise in automotive dealer financing and commercial lending with Chase and its heritage organizations (Bank One N.A. and Valley National Bank).

He is a native of Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Corporate Finance. Edward also is active in many local communities including volunteer coaching of various youth sports.

Jeff is a seasoned auto industry wholesale lending specialist and is responsible for acquiring dealer floor plan credit lines, real estate (construction and term), acquisition, and CAPEX financing for new car franchised dealerships located in the great Southwest.

Jeff has a multi-disciplined commercial lending background with over 30 years experience and prior multi-state assignments, most recently with Chase, Wells Fargo and Zions Bank. Jeff understands all facets of dealership operations and strives to be a trusted advisor for his clients.

Wayne is the Portfolio Manager for Dealer Commercial Services in the Southwest region and is responsible for the underwriting, review, and monitoring of the wholesale automotive portfolio.

Before joining Sovereign, he spent 14 years with Chase Bank and its heritage organizations (Bank One N.A. and Valley National Bank) in Phoenix, Arizona; and 2 years with Great Western Bank in Northridge, California. A graduate of California Lutheran University, Wayne holds a BA in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing.
