Eligibility*
Team Members who are regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours a week are eligible for Flex Benefits. Coverage begins on the first of the month after 30 days of eligible part- or full-time employment.
Eligible dependents are a Team Member's:
- Spouse or same- or opposite-sex domestic partner
- Unmarried dependent child—including the child of a domestic partner to age 19 (or to age 25 if a full-time student)
- Unmarried, disabled dependent child—including the child of a domestic partner of any age who depends on the team member fully for support
